How it works
At Gondra Vault, every card is handled with the utmost care. When new cards arrive, they are automatically inspected by our experts to determine the condition of each card.
We use the following condition terms in our listings:
- MT – Mint
- NM – Near Mint
- LP – Lightly Played
- MP – Moderately Played
- HP – Heavily Played
- DMG – Damaged
Every card we inspect receives a fresh sleeve. Once inspected, cards are scanned to capture the best possible front and back photos before being listed in our eBay store using the TCGAutomate tool.
When you place an order, we know you can’t wait to receive your items. We do everything we can to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, no matter the distance. Your card shipments are packed using the following materials:
- Reinforced bubble mailers — preferred for smaller items, offering lightweight protection against minor impacts.
- Regular envelopes — used for shipping 1 to 7 cards without tracking.
- Top Loader — used for shipping a single card valued at $10 or less
- Card Holder — used for shipping 2 to 7 cards, or a single card valued at $11 or more
- Sleeve — all cards are shipped with a sleeve.
- Team Bag — all cards are placed in a team bag before going into the envelope.
- “Fragile — Handle with Care” label — visibly affixed to every envelope to alert carriers of the delicate nature of the contents

Shipping and handling
Shipping & Delivery Orders are shipped through trusted carriers (Canada Post, UPS, and others depending on the destination). Delivery times vary based on your region and the shipping method selected.
For international shipments, particularly to the United States, packages are prepared in compliance with applicable customs requirements.
If there is a reception problem
Issue Upon Delivery If your package arrives damaged, please follow the existing eBay procedure:
- Take photos of the package and its contents immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep the original packaging until the matter is resolved.
